American Express, or Discover, your sales tax free, free shipping, non-refundable order will be mailed to you within 2 weeks of the
on-line purchase/payment transaction.
If you prefer to pay other than on-line, after
printing a copy of the Shopping Cart Order Summary that has your
name, order information,
phone number, e-mail address, and
shipping information, please mail the order form with your Money
Order or Bank Cashier Check made out to Mel Oliva and mail to:
M.I. Publishing, P.O. Box 390963, Omaha NE 68139. You
will receive your sales tax free, free shipping, non-refundable
order within 2 weeks after receiving your mail order.
We do not accept cash or personal check or company check payment
via mail order, but you may be able to utilize the on-line via
Bank Account payment option if your bank is among the selections
in the associated dropdown box on the Order Summary page.
